File your 2025 1095-C and 1094-C forms today!
The Review and Submit button is now available so that you can submit your 1095-C and 1094-C forms for printing and e-filing to the IRS. The deadline to submit your forms to ensure timely delivery is:
- If you have 1 or more employees in California: 1/14/2026
- If you do not have any employees in California: 2/27/2026
- Your employees can opt in to receive their 1095-C form electronically, saving you a print fee per form.
Paycor will e-file your forms with the IRS on your behalf on or before April 15, 2025.
