As part of year-end preparation, some companies need to report Owner’s Health Insurance and Third-Party Sick Pay so it can be included in year-end processing. If either applies to your company, please submit your information by November 30, 2026.
What Needs to Be Reported?
- Owner’s Health: Any applicable owner health insurance information needed for year-end reporting.
- Third-Party Sick Pay: Any third-party sick pay information or documentation your company received during 2026.
Does This Apply to My Company?
If your company had owner health insurance or received third-party sick pay in 2026, you’ll need to send that information to us before the deadline. If neither applies, no action is needed.
IMPORTANT: Information received after November 30, 2026 may not be included in your year-end processing.
What Happens If I Miss the Deadline?
Late submissions may require your books to be reopened, which could result in additional year-end fees. You can review current fees on our Miscellaneous Fees page.
How to Submit Your Information
- Gather any owner health insurance details and third-party sick pay documentation for 2026.
- Email everything to help@tesseon.com or reply directly to the year-end email you received from us.
- Include your company name so your Account Manager can match it to your account.
Plan Ahead
- Check now whether either item applies to your company.
- Request third-party sick pay documentation from your provider early if you haven’t received it.
- Submit by November 30, 2026 to avoid reopening your books.
